The article reviews new developments in SoDAR and LiDAR technology during 2008. Deloney writes: "For SoDAR measurement technology advancement, Somerville, Mass.-based Second Wind's Triton was a clear leader in 2008, reaching commercial operation in April and beginning a product correlation study in October with anemometers at 300 meters at the Boulder Atmospheric Observatory."
