Phaser®, the advanced power measurement and control product
from Second Wind Inc., now provides total flexibility for all system
applications. System connectivity has always been a major focus of
Phaser development, and the inclusion of DNP 3.0 protocol is a significant
enhancement. DNP 3.0 will now be integrated with the original communications
protocols, Modbus ASCII and Modbus RTU.
"The inclusion of DNP 3.0 broadens the applications that Phaser can address," says

robust attributes of Phaser to measure real–time and integrated parameters,
monitor status of alarms and station equipment, and control key equipment

DNP 3.0 is a popular, open protocol for use in SCADA systems and
station information networks where Phaser is used to replace traditional
measurement devices. Phaser is currently being manufactured with
all three protocols imbedded within the product, making Phaser compatible
