Every 10 minutes, SkyServe transmits data from the Triton profiler or Nomad 2 data logger over the Globalstar satellite network. It combines weather data with precise time and location stamps, using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology.

Affordable transmission from the sky. Second Wind has an exclusive agreement with Globalstar, Inc. to use its satellite network for wind assessment for less than competing services.
Our servers are at one of the premier data servers in the Northeast. This "colocation facility" allows us to house our state-of-the-art servers in an exceptionally secure and reliable hosting environment. The facility includes connectivity to multiple ISP's, independent power feeds, two fire suppression systems designed to protect servers/delicate equipment and multi-layer security systems with video monitoring.
Reporting tools (see animation below) translate wind data into knowledge, helping you turn a profit. You can see your data from anywhere through your Web browser, and understand it with intuitive, easy-to-use reporting tools.
