SkyServe and Second Wind Support provide two levels of wind resource assessment campaign monitoring:
- Access to wind data in a timely manner. By looking at your campaign's data on a daily basis, you can spot adverse events such as sensor failure or the need for equipment maintenance right away.
- Triton monitoring through Second Wind Support. Besides field service, your Triton service contract includes daily monitoring of your Triton's operational status. If there is a problem, we will alert you right away - and most maintenance calls are covered under your Triton agreement.
