There are many factors to consider when designing a tower-based wind resource assessment study. To name a few:
- How many and what heights are you measuring?
- What wind sensors best support the goals of your project? Different anemometers and vanes provide different advantages.
- How many measurements do you want to make at each height?
Second Wind can help you instrument your tower with the right sensors for your project. We sell all market-leading anemometers and wind vanes and
can configure a system to suit your project's needs and budget.
