Payment and Shipping
Online Pricing
Pricing is FOB factory (Massachusetts, USA) for all equipment. Shipping
and relevant taxes are not included. All prices are in US Dollars, and
are subject to change without notice.
Quantity Discounts
Second Wind offers quantity discounts. Please contact a Second Wind sales
representative for details.
SkyServe Terms and Conditions
Payment for SkyServe satellite wind data service is billed annually, in advance, for the SkyServe
service. This charge is due and payable upon receipt, unless Customer has chosen a monthly service plan. If the Customer chooses
monthly payments, their credit cards will be charged automatically once per month. A one year commitment is required, and an early termination fee will apply. A service application can be downloaded here. All SkyServe accounts are subject to the SkyServe terms and conditions, which are available here.
Payment Options
Second Wind accepts payment by MasterCard, VISA, and American Express
credit cards, along with bank transfers and checks. (Note: International
funds must be drawn on a US bank.) Letters of Credit are allowed on approval
only for minimum orders of $10,000, and are subject to a $350 handling
fee. Credit terms are Net 30 on approved credit. Please contact a Second
Wind sales representative for more details on payment options.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Towers
will be shipped via a freight forwarder of Second Wind’s choice.
Shipping quotes are available prior to shipment upon request.
Warranty
Second Wind warrants its products to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery, subject
to the conditions described in the user’s manual. Contact Second
Wind for a copy of the full warranty.
Repairs
Contact Customer Support before returning any equipment to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment. The RMA number
must be clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping package. Please
