from MET Laboratories, Inc. that Phaser complied with the requirements
of ANSI C12.20 class 0.2 Watt Hour Meter Accuracy Testing.

On May 2, 2000 Phaser received a DNP
3-1999, Level II Compliance Certificate from Advanced Control
Systems.
