Collects data without being attended, just like a met mast.
Data is ready to use, reported just like the anemometry data from a met mast.
Works under all conditions-made of rugged plastic with polyester lining, has drainage scuppers and other all-weather features.
Patented hex array provides optimal beams that virtually eliminate side lobes.
Triton is bundled with SkyServe Satellite Wind Data Service to deliver data to any computer from any location in North America.
Precision-manufactured as a self-contained unit.
Compact—six feet tall with 6 x 6 footprint.

Travels easily. Keeps a low profile.

At only six feet tall and across, Triton is compact and mobile for a device that functions like a 200-meter met mast. On location, internal controls compensate for uneven ground and orientation. Built-in GPS identifies the time and location of data as it's captured. Better acoustics make Triton's "chirp" less audible outside the enclosure than other sodar products.

More accurate data at any height, from any location.

Triton sonic wind profiler focuses sound beams more effectively than previous designs. A hexagonal transducer array and a tri-lobed acoustic enclosure (patents pending) combine to provide exceptional accuracy. They improve signal-to-noise ratios and beam focus, providing more of the data you want with fewer disruptions.

You don’t need a consultant to set up the system or interpret complex data. Triton delivers easy-to-read data in a format similar to conventional meteorological towers. With SkyServeSM satellite wind data service, you’ll receive Triton data whenever you want it, right on your desktop.
